The next class of Communication for Engineering and Technology from Vancouver Community College, English as an Additional Language Department will start from January 6th 2020 to April 8th 2020 on Monday and Wednesday evenings from 6:00-9:00. The class is tuition free, but there are test fees of $60. There is also a required textbook. See more information here and VCC website.
